Teddy’s work with youth has been his life’s passion. After pursuing his degree in Psychology, Teddy worked for the Young Drivers of Canada (YD) for 10 years. He began at YD as a driving/ in-class instructor, where he was consistently ranked top 10 instructors in Canada by the students. Eventually, he was promoted to a Regional Trainer for Southern Ontario. Upon moving to Washington in 2017, Teddy began a basketball academy that provides training, coaching & after school programming for schools throughout King County. While he was working with about 100 kids per week, he realized his reach was limited within the field of basketball. In 2019, AMC was born, providing a vehicle to fulfill Teddy’s life long passion to work with as many youth as possible and bring a meaningful program to his community.
